Work video down to the wire. Images show in my timeline when in preview mode play (spacebar). For some reason the images don't show on timeline, so I was resizing and moving blind, but it worked. But when I exported the video the images again disappeared...KILLED my work presentation.

Is this a 360 project? I guess not, and the problem is because the Solid generator you used is mant for 360 projects.
Replace the 360 Color Solid generator with a regular generator from the Solids category and it should be fixed.
