Can't find Catalina OS to download/install

I have Mojave. I want to download/install Catalina. But, Catalina does not show up in the App Store. How can I find it to download/install?

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

Provided your Mac mini is a late-2012 through 2018 model (not M1), you can use only the Safari browser to visit this Mac App Store Catalina download destination.
