Battery Capacity

I know the threshold for battery capacity for a 2019 MacBook Pro 13" is 80%, but is there a level of the battery? Example: 80-100% is considered good, so is 50-79% considered okay, and 1-50% is bad. Or if it falls below 80%, it's considered bad?

Below 80% means you should replace the battery. Runtime will be shorter, but there’s also a risk of catastrophic failure (battery swelling, damaging the Mac).
