i cannot activate my 1 year free apple tv

I've bought a new MacBook Air last week and Apple said it would come with 1 year of free Apple TV+.

When logging into Apple TV, the only option is to get 7 days for free which will automatically renew for €4,99 per month after a week.

How can I activate my 1 year free trial?

How can I activate my Apple TV+ free year after I have already activated the 7 days trial I have already activated the 7 days trial for Apple TV+. After that I purchased a new Macbook pro. I can't activate my free year of Apple TV+ I have a new MacBook Air. It is less than three months since I activated it. I have signed into the Apple TV app, on my computer, several times. I have also -- several times -- gone to the main page of one of the Apple TV+ shows. But I never, ever, ever see the prompt that says: Get Apple TV+ free for one year - Apple. What I DO see, is a button that says, "Start your one week free trial." But that is not what I want. I want to get the free YEAR of Apple TV+, that I am entitled to. Can somebody please help!

You are entitled to 90 days of free telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.
