My Apple TV+ remote won’t open Prime - it just sits on the Prime screen. The TV will play Prime if I mirror it from my iPad. What’s the fix?

For Apple TV (4th generation or later), try this for any misbehaving app:
- Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
- If the issue persists, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
