I want to erase all the data from my old iphone in order to sell it. How to perform Factory reset? And if I do the factory reset does it affect my iCloud data? I want to reset my iPhone without losing iCloud data.

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Erase All Content & Settings : This will sign you out of Find My, Apple ID and iCloud and erase your iPhone and set it back to factory settings. You will NOT lose your iCloud data. You can later use the backup that you have on iCloud to restore from on another device.

Can I take backup from the iPhone device without signing in Apple account or iCloud account? Can I recover data from iPhone device by third party recovery application as we recover deleted items from android?
If you do want to use iCloud for backups then you can always create a back up on your computer (Mac or Windows PC with iTunes).
I do not know much about third party data recovery applications for Apple products. You can perform a Google Search and find those apps (if available) and make a decision. Thanks.
