Epson Printer won't connect

Hi All,

I have an Epson NX130 which I have been using on my current MacBook Air, and my previous Macbook Pro before that. I have always connected via USB and not really had any issues with it. Since the Big Sur update though, it won't connect. I try to add it as normal but after it loads it just comes up with an error.

Has anyone else had this issue? I tried searching online and I'm thinking its an issue caused by Big Sur.

Any help would be appreciated if anyone has found a fix for this.
