Download pictures from iCloud

How can I download pictures from iCloud to my desktop computer? Initially they were uploaded to iCloud from my iPhone. However, now I want to transfer them to my desktop and I am unable to download them from iCloud to my iPhone, due to lack of memory capacity on the iPhone.

You can download all of your pictures from iCloud here: www.icloud.com

Choose Photos, select all of your pictures (command + A) and click Download icon in the right top corner.

Or try Photos application on your Mac.

Or if you want to save memory of your iPhone go Settings -> Photos -> Choose "Optimise iPhone Storage" on your iPhone
