I have been trying to update my payment & no progress whatsoever. And my apple ID has been disabled

I have been trying this for a while now. I can’t update payments methods & my account is still disabled.

You can't update the payment method on a disabled account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.    


Contact iTunes Support for assistance. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.
