Phone Records - If you mean logs of calls made and received using your carrier's service then you can call your carrier and ask if they can provide that.
SMS Text Messages - Same answer as point 1. Please contact the carrier and ask.
iMessages - Your carrier will not have the record of these. If you did not create a backup containing these messages, and saved that backup for later retrieval, then the iMessages are gone. On the other hand, these may still be on your iPhone.
