Personal Hotspot
I cannot find my personal hotspot in my settings under any of the options that I have available on my iPhone 6s that is on IOS14

Personal Hotspot should appear in Settings>Cellular. If it is not there, contact your cellular carrier to ensure that it has been configured for your account. Your cellular carrier is in charge of that, and if it isn't configured, the selection usually does not appear.
