Family sharing photos
I want every photo taken by family members (on Family Sharing) to go into the same photo library. Is that possible?

I don't believe so. It has to be added manually after the fact by the user.

You can only use the family shared album - that as David says, must be added to manually. I also found this a little frustrating.
