I tunes and App Store is charging me $10.94 every month and I am not or have not been able to access the I tunes nor remove it from my account for the last 11 months can I get a refund or can someone tell me what the charges r for r can they just removeit

I wish to and have cancelled iTunes before but it is and has not been able to remove itself from my account. Not to mention I am not able open iTunes to listen to any music for the last 11 months and would like to if at all possible to receive refund. Thank you.
Nobody on these boards can either cancel the subscription or give you a refund; the people here are mostly customers, not Apple employees. Ask at the link I posted above.
