Apple TV for free for 1 year

Hallo, I bought new apple device- MacBook Air 13.

How can I get Apple TV for free. I see the offer from attached picture but when I click on see conditions, it’s opening Apple TV app and I don’t have another choice.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.0

Sign in to the Apple TV app on your Mac (menu Account), then look for the offer “Enjoy 1 Year Free”, in the Apple TV app on your new Apple device. You probably can’t redeem the offer on the non-qualifying device where you received the message.
