Do I need to worry about malware being implanted into my iPhone? I am up-to-date on iOS. Phone is not jailbroken. On Safari I clicked "Clear History and Website Data" and then re-booted the phone.
Because phishing typically works by misleading people instead of installing malware, and it's not possible for malware to get onto a non-jailbroken iPhone.

Can you explain why the initial link from SMS to Safari is not so dangerous? Debating whether or not my iPhone needs to be wiped clean (factory reset). Don't really want to take this step if not needed.
