Rebuild fusion drive.

Thanks for the help Loner T. The link to fix a split Fusion Drive worked for me, Time Machine restored successfully and I was able to restore my BootCamp partition.

Yes, I use Time Machine and I ejected the disk immediately before changing the HDD for a SSD.
