I recently redeemed a free 3-month iCloud storage plan of 50GB from my local e-wallet app, but I found out that I need more than 50GB and I'm planning to upgrade to 200GB . What will happen if I upgrade? Will I be charged for the full price of the 200GB plan?

It's a promotion from the e-wallet app, which is a payment method for Apple in my country. This promotion is similar to the first -X-month free plan of Apple Music.
