Question

i have a MacBook Pro and my laptop will not update to macOS Catalina 10.15.4

When I try to download the Catalina 10.15.4 I get an error message that says my computer does not support this upgrade? i assume my laptop is outdated and cannot support the upgrade?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Well, you've not said which sub-model of MacBook Pro you have.

Which OS is currently installed?

You can find your OS version and sub-model from "About this Mac..." under your Apple menu:

In general, Catalina requires a 2012 MacBook Pro or newer.
