Question

Cannot download MacOS Catalina

The link to the older versions from the app store does not work. I get a message saying "Cannot connect to app store." But I just upgraded other apps, I logged in, and my network is fine. How do I get the Catalina installer?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.0

If you have a new M1 MBA, you can't.

Otherwise, open this link in Safari.

I don't have that - my MacBook Air is a couple years old. But opening in Safari worked.
