I forgot the apple ID and password from my previous iPhone

I have an iPhone that belongs to my sister, I restored and updated the iPhone, when it asked about the iPhone been linked to the previous owner I asked my sister what's the apple id and password, she said she forgot.

Tell her to use Apple's iForgot service or contact their Account Security team, or the iPhone’s original owner to supply Apple with its purchase receipt and ask them to remove the lock.
