IPhone XR and Siri

how do I get Siri to use my name when responding to me. I have an iPhone XR and it is up to date with 14.1. Siri knows my name when I ask but never uses it in conversation.

What does she use instead? She will not always respond with your name in conversation.

Hey siri I’ve tried everything. My friend has the same iPhone and we made sure our settings matched and no matter what I do I cannot get “hey Siri” to work

Maybe I was expecting too much. She does use my name from time to time but not every time and I thought she would. Thank you.
