I saw the following information from the link and saw countries listed-
I agree with you that it is not clear on "Other Countries" however it lists countries on most models. For example, in the image above, A2161 is made for Canada, USA).

The A before the slash suggests it was meant to be sold in Canada
Axel, the info on that page does not provide any country information based on model number.
