go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, is the switch turned on for Messages?

If that switch is ON, then you cannot restore your deleted text

if that switch is OFF, then you might be able to restore your deleted text IF you have an iPhone backup that contains the text. In which case you'd need to restore your iPhone to your backup.. and you'd likely lose data between now and whenever your backup occurred
