Mail 14.0 — Flags not showing up in my message list.

Hey guys, just updated to Big Sur.

My Mail app is showing flags I have marked only when I click on the email. It no longer shows up in my message list...which is the entire usefulness of the function, for me. The flags in my message list remind me of things. Now I can only see flags if I select the message. Pretty difficult to remember which messages you've flagged.
