An error occurred loading the update / error upgrading to macOS Big Sur

I'm trying to upgrade from macOS Catalina to the new macOS Big Sur, the new update installation of (12.2 GB) had been downloaded and I have about (43 GB) of free space storage. but the installation had been stopped suddenly with an error (An error occurred loading the update). I tried to restart the computer and started the installation again several time with the same error.

Can someone help?
