i had 5gb icloud storage then i upgraded it to 50 gb, once the payment was not on time so all my old photos are deleted and they were very important. Is there any way to get those back?

How long a time are we talking about before you renewed or paid - more than 30 days?

Yes i guess but this shouldn’t happen. If i deleted them all then i would say its my mistake, but now they are gone by there own.
Yes maybe 30 or 40 days. I am confused about how will my photos get deleted? I pay for 50 gb but when I don’t pay I don’t think photos will get deleted, only it will not get saved in iCloud right?

If you fail to pay, then you have a 30-day period to find a suitable repository for the data (photos).
