Iphone SE wont unlock

Hi

A problem occurred recently where my a message appeared saying some of the applications would not work until I had updated the phone.

I tried to updated but when it prompted me to input my password it came back with an error message.

This was not saying wrong password but an error has occurred unknown error.

The phone also was displaying messages saying severs cannot be recognised.

I thought the best solution would be to wipe the phone and reboot everything from fresh but I cannot even do that as the phone won't accept the Apple ID.

Not sure what to do now?
