I phone 12 PRO is not ringing

Switch is on, volume is turned up, its not in do not disturb mode it is only vibrating and not ringing

Very frustrating on a new expensive phone

Settings > Sounds & Haptics

Turn Off Vibrate on Ring

Then choose a Ringtone for your phone to ring from the list below in Sound and Vibration Patterns
