Apple Music Transparency Background

So recently i've seen people who have shared a screenshot of what music they are playing on their iPhone device per Apple Music. The background complements the album artwork making it look more in tune that the regular black and white day feature. Im wondering if this is a setting that can be turned on because my iPhone doesn't use this feature even though im up to date? Is there any solution or explanation to why I don't have a matching background?
