Trash doesn't work in Big Sur email. No trash in favorates - not content in trash mailbox "on my Mac" Any suggestion

I have two email accounts: one on iCloud, the other on a POP server. The trash mailbox shows up for the iCloud account but not for the POP account. Where did my trash go? Trash doesn't show up under Favorites

If you are missing the trash category then right click next to the word "favorites" and see if you can add from the list shown.
