Contact Bose or read the manual to place your headphones in pairing mode.
open Bluetooth on your iPhone.
if it doesn’t appear, try turning Bluetooth off and on again.
If you have a previous pairing showing, forget the device and pair as a new device.

I tried everything you suggested. I still cannot pair my Bose. I had no trouble with my old iPhone.
