iCloud Storage and Family Sharing

I just subscribed to a 200GB iCloud storage plan. I have setup family sharing. My wife is currently paying for her iCloud storage. How do I cancel her iCloud storage plan and let her share my iCloud storage plan?

Send her an invite to the Family Sharing for iCloud storage - Share an iCloud storage plan with your family - Apple Support, once she accepts, then you can cancel her individual storage subscription.
