Sharing iCloud files with family share set up

I have iOS 14.2 on iPhone and iPad and neither device has the option for sharing a file in the files app to share a folder in my iCloud Drive with my husband. Anyone know why not?

Consider restarting the device - Share folders with iCloud Drive - Apple Support.
