Problem with downloading Big Sur

Tried to download but kept coming up error. What is the problem. my Mac is compatible with new upgrade.

Same here with me as well here in the United Kingdom, although the System Status is saying it is resolved, it most definitely isn't!

Apple is having update server issues. Wait a while, and try again later.
