Face ID setting in iOS 14.2

I’ve gotten the new iPhone 12 pro and the setting for Face ID is not there (passcode & Face ID), I can’t find it in settings and can’t setup Face ID, I tried restarting and still no result. Is this because iOS 14.2 or phone
