Have any of you experienced this glitch after updating? I’m in the iPhone SE 2020 and I just updated an hour ago and when I went check my today view this happened

I restarted my phone before seeking help in this form. When I try to watch a show on Hulu after updating to 14.2, the sound keeps going in & out. That’s the glitching I’m experiencing.
