You are getting it, or the receiver is getting that? If this is email you are sending, what email provider are you using? Are you using the native Mail app on the iPhone? Did you recently do something different with your iPhone?

It shows up in my replies after sending the email but none of my recipients have complained that the emails can’t be read. Am using the email program that came with the phone (native?). I just did a reset and it seems to have solved the problem. This started happening after an update iPhone provided.

Thank you for the follow-up. You never did say who the email provider was. I wonder if that is where the issue was. I know there was a problem with Microsoft servers after the update, which had to do with certificate authority. Not sure if that would have caused an issue either.

Then I would check with RCN. I believe they have their own servers for mail, so it wouldn't have anything to do with Microsoft. They may need to verify there were no changes in your email settings. If you are using Safari for web based email, it could have been an issue with any browser updates too, but if more than just you are complaining, then I'm guessing that RCN would be aware of the issue.
