Side library list in Photos

Sometime my side library list in photos dissappears and I can't get it back unless I close and come back in. Can anyone help me out with this?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

Photos Sidebar In one of my Photos Libraries, the Photos Libraries icons have mysteriously moved from the top of the sidebar to the bottom of the sidebar. This contains the Library, Memories, People, etc. Can it be moved back to the top of the sidebar?

Photos sidebar In Photos, at the top of the sidebar appears "Photos" but there are no options under "Photos" -- i.e, no links to Library, Memories, People, Places, etc. Under "Albums" appears a list of all my albums but under "Photos" it lists nothing. How do I get the submenu under "Photos" to reappear?

Photos album structure missing. When I am in another application and want to upload a photo, I click on "Photos" in the sidebar and it pulls up my photos library, but no albums or folders, making it very difficult to find the photos I want from among the thousands in my library. This was not a problem before upgrading to Ventura. How can I get that album/folder structure back in the sidebar?
