Compass app missing

I have a new apple watch 6. I don't see a compass app on the watch and notice I don't have it on my IPhone either. How can I get it?

For your iPhone, if it has been deleted, you can reinstall it from the App Store.

I don't think it is possible to delete from the Apple Watch. Anyway, reinstall for iPhone and recheck.
