How to make a Catalina usb installer on a PC?

I messed up my internal ssd partition on my MBP Late 2013. And now can not get into it. It works great with Catalina so I urgently need to create a bootable USB to reinstall the OS. What I get at home is only a Windows PC. What I am supposed to do in order to fix my computer?

Okay,i did something like this on my Windows computer (Windows 10) before, but it did not hinder what I did.

The tools I have used are TransMac and UUbyte DMG Editor.

If you are doing it for the first time, you can try UUbyte DMG Editor first, because in a way, it does better.
