Which apple itunes card can i use for Lebanon region?

I can’t upgrade my iCloud storage, need to change the region of my iTunes store , it doesn’t work something wrong and which iTunes gift card is working with lebanon region.

Try this for changing the country ——> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

or you can go to any bank in lebanon and ask for a prepaid card like this bank ——->. https://www.blcbank.com/pay/detail.aspx?pid=260
