Hi, I have been paying for iCloud storage monthly and it says it is full so I went to my iCloud and I only have like 4 photos. So how is it full and why is nothing on my iCloud when I have been paying.

In the device iPhone / Mac that you are using the applications box that synced with iCloud are turned as off , there was a lot of data stored in them and it exceeded the designated storage limit , even you pay monthly doesn't matter , for photos the box is checked .
