HELP
I downloaded Catalina and I upgraded to office 365. Both the old Office icons (with universal No), and the new office icons are showing. How can I get rid of the old icons?

You mean the Dock?
You can remove icons from the Dock: click and hold, then choose Options->Remove from Dock.
