I need this phone that I bought to be unlocked please to any carrier

Ask the carrier it's locked to if they'll unlock it; if you don't know which one that is, click here and contact Apple.
If the iPhone is activation-locked as well, you won't be able to use it without getting the person who placed the lock to remove it.
