I am unable to change the country my app store in, I have moved and would like to change my app store to the country I live in now, but I have unused money that needs spent before it allows me to do so. How do I get around this problem?
I can't spend $1.02 because nothing cost that true amount and ill still be left with cents. So how can I remove or transfer the money so that i can change the region location?
