Shared Albums

How do I see "shared" albums in iCloud...I can only see these albums on my mobile devices.

Why am I not seeing the shared albums that others have shared with me, on my I cloud? I have several shared albums on my I Phone that people have sent me. I want to see those on my Icloud account. They are not appearing there. Help please!

Was pubic viewing turned on in iCloud -- Share iPhone photos with Shared Albums in iCloud - Apple Support?
