Question

Apple watch App on iPhone is hidden but can't find it.

I can't find the apple watch app icon on my phone. The only apple support there is says to re download. But it looks like it is already on my phone. I can open it by searching for it on my phone. But I have looked through all of my folders and screens and the icon is not found. Yes, I tried restarting the phone since getting the watch. Again, I shows in the search, but no where else on the phone (as far as I can tell).

Do you have IOS 14 installed?

If so swipe right on your how screen till you get to the last page with is your App Library.

Look for the watch app

When you see it, long press on it to bring up the menu.

Then tap Add to Home Screen

Yes. I have IOS 14.1.

I'm not sure what you mean by "App Library". If you just mean the home screens with all my apps, I only have 2+Shortcut screen. It does not appear on any of them. I only see it when i search for it in my shortcut screen. When I long press on it, the only option is to pair my watch.

I’ve overlooked it several times because it’s a black background. Have you scrolled from right to left, to where often new app icons appear?
