Pausing issue with apple tv + on our smart tv

We got a year free apple tv+ and were so excited BUT every movie we have attempted to watch pauses numerous times throughout. The pauses can last 10 minutes or more. It is quite frustrating. Researching online it seems we are not the only ones experiencing this issue but we cannot find a resolution.


Can you please help.

That indicates a weak network signal. Please do the following in this order.


1.     Restart Modem.

2.     Restart Router

3.     Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest. 


If that does not solve the problem it means you may require a network upgrade.
