My Touch Bar is Gone

Hello. My touch bar disappeared and the 'Touch Bar' setting is gone in the 'Keyboard' settings.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Try a PRAM zap.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If resetting both SMC and NVRAM did not resolve your issue— then it is a hardware problem.

Hello. Thanks for responding. I tried your advice as well as another Apple advisors advice for resetting the SMC, neither did work, bummer. Any other thoughts? Thanks!
