Turn OFF Low Power Mode ... Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone - Apple Support
Connect to a power source and ensure there is sufficient charge on your iPhone,
Switch to WiFi from Hotspot.
It should resume automatically overnight, when your iPhone is not being used (in Sleep mode).
